i made this blog to not forget my goals. to get inspired and motivated. to find ideas, to collect them.
i actually started living healthy already a few years ago. my healthy way of living also includes some chocolate or sweets everyday. and then and now also a pizza or burger. because for me being healthy also means being happy and when the craving gets too big it rather have my burger than loose a pound.
just thought you should know where i am standing. i am a passionate dancer since i am 3 years old. this is the sport i do. i am not much of a jogger. i do and love ballett, jazz, modern dance, contemporary and zumba.
